About this Place Of Interest


The Perdana Botanical Garden which is formerly known as Lake Gardens is situated in Kuala Lumpur Heritage Park. It is one of the oldest parks in KL. It was initially created as a section of a leisure park and planted with tropical plants collection but has been transformed into a Botanical Park. The park was officially opened on the 1st of May 1975 by the second Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Haji Abdul Razak Hussein. It’s main attraction is the lake surrounded by lush greenery in a parkland which is approximately 227 acres that provides a refreshing environment.
