Christ the King, a statue of Jesus in Vũng Tàu, stands 32 metres high on Mount Nho. The Vietnam Catholic Association built the statue in 1974 and completed it in 1993. The monument is is mounted on a four-metre high platform. The two outstretched arms is around 18.3 metres in length. There is a 133-step staircase built within the statue.
