The Mangrove Information Center is built in a large 600-hectare mangrove forest which fringes the east coast south of Samur. The center is divided into two main parts: the mangrove area and the exhibition area. The place offers an in-depth explanation about the flora and fauna in that area, and the ecological benefits offered by mangroves.
This Learning Experience will explore the adaptation of species in a harsh environment, and is suitable for students in Secondary 4 and above.
