About this Place Of Interest

Visitors can climb over 800 steps to reach the top of Mount Nho, where the 36 meter high monument of Jesus stands overlooking the South China sea and the town of Vung Tau. Along the way to the top, the path and surrounding areas are dotted with dioramas or art that showcase key events in Jesus’s life, such as his birth, his teachings and his crucifixion. Note: It is best to visit early in the morning as there is no shade when climbing up the cliff. Make sure to drink lots of water on your climb up!
