Personal and Legal Assistant to Director

We are looking for an experienced Personal and Legal Assistant to support our Management team. This role will support the smooth functioning of the Director's office, preparing written material for the Directors, monitoring and ensuring deadlines / time lines are met and providing legal and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as liaison between the Directors, Managers and employees by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of the tasks.
  • Performs executive level administrative functions and provides general office management to Directors such as screening incoming calls, emails, handling enquiries and requests, and planning of Director’s activities.
  • Taking minutes, preparing and compiling meeting reports, follow-up and filling.
